Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer you a refunds or exchanges on any purchases as they are all custom made to order.

If the product received by you in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, you can message on the same or next day after receiving the product with a photograph of the product as well as the original packaging and we will help you with a replacement. 

Shipping Charges
Shipping Within India -  We offer Free Shipping within India for all products except magnet boards. 

International  Orders -  For international orders please message us so that we can share shipping charges on a case to case basis. 

Time Taken to Dispatch and Ship your Order

All our products are custom made-to-order, so production times vary for each product. Please check each individual product page for an estimated processing time for that particular product. 

If you have ordered many products with different processing times, please consider the delivery time of the product with the longest lead time. As your entire order will be shipped together once all products are ready. 

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details via email so you know when to expect it.

Expected delivery timelines based on location:

Within Mumbai: I takes approximately 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch for your order to reach you.

Metro Cities (Delhi, Banglore, Chennai, Kolkata) : It takes approximately 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch for your order to reach you. 

All other places: It takes approximately 4 to 10 business days for the courier to be delivered
