My order has been dispatched; I want to know when it will reach me?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which will enable to you to know where your product has reached. Generally the transit time for metros is 2-3 days while other destinations could take 5 to 7 working days.
I need to change/cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately regarding your requirement. Please keep in mind that we will only be able to make the changes or cancel your order if your order has not been processed yet. However, if it has already been processed then we will not be able to make any changes, especially since most of our products are personalised.

All the photographs on our website are original product photographs taken by our team. We try our best to give you a clear genuine idea of what all out products look like.
