SHIPPING & RETURNS
GWD Kids ships globally. Due to the personalised nature of Our products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you but rest assured we are making all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest.

Shipping Duration:
Each of the products sold on GWD Kids have a different lead-time. It refers to the number of days within which a product will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will be shipped together. For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends upon the location of delivery.
Shipping Charges:
Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. The Shipping charges for your product will be mentioned during checkout. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available is not available for order below RS 1000.
Cancellations:
Due to the personalised nature of majority of our products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on sonalijain@gwdkids.com and we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.
In the case of a credit card refund due to order cancellation, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you with a transaction id, after which you can follow up with your bank if you would like to have the refund expedited.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products as well as the personalised nature of majority of our products, we have a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a non-personalized product, please contact us on sonalijain@gwdkids.com within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
In the case that we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office in Mumbai within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you.
There will be no cash returns for COD orders. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on sonalijain@gwdkids.com within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
